Tesla is Suing Tesla! See Tesla (Elon's Company) is suing Tesla Power, (Indian battery company) for using their trademark. So Elon's Tesla filed a case against Tesla Power in the Delhi High Court on 2nd May. Though both of those companies are operating in different sectors and different places, both are legally registered in Delaware, USA. Further Tesla Power's name in America is "Tesla Power USA” and Tesla Power's About Us section says, 'leader in introducing affordable batteries' and 'revolutionized the energy storage industry' (similar to what Elon's Tesla have indirectly did) Though, for reference, The X trademark is actively used by 900+ companies. One can't get up and sue others for using that name. I know this case is little different but comparable. So who do you think is right and who can win this case?
