Evryone has different perspective of Excustion but you can't say that there is no first mover advantage and if you really think that then go now and compete with Google , tata motors , Tesla , Zomato , Mahindra , tata , reliance , and etc If you're doing Excustion of your business plan in cluttered space then there is High chance that you face problems like — Lack of experience Low retention rate High marketing expenses High competition And after handling all this you just become normal businessman who earns 70-80K monthly net profit . But in startup you have so many disruption opportunities and power to influence anybody with unlimited money opportunity. Every small business is once a startup so why are fucking your own business ?
