Everything basically. There’s a period of transition an entrepreneur goes through - Founder to CEO. A founder does bits and bigs of everything to build a company. When they become a CEO, they hire people smarter than them to head different business units and then their job is to drive growth & excellence through them. Founder & CEO me growth stage or delegation ka farq hai bas. Karna dono ko hi sab hai.. either directly or via delegation.
