Yes I agree thats why you cannot stop them from using it. Just think other way around if someone aged in 30s start using your app and started exploiting young children. How will you stop?? That's why Govt will never allow such app in long run.

At scale human monitoring is not possible and AI is not that much advance that it can understand everything. Using abusive language and vulgar content is not only exploitation. Also how will you monitor DMs .If you start monitoring DMs then its clea

Well for non dm, there can be a human at beginning and can develop an ai model as we scale. For dms, there would be only ai model scanning for inappropriate words (such models exists)
