If a software engineer in ur office is getting paid 1lakh. And if an intern is doing 40% of the work an sde does pay him 30-40%. Only if he is skilled enough. If u have to train him again. We have to consider his training costs as he will be with us

Yeah the founders view. But I guess we have to cap a certain amount of payment for interns or Bring a regulatory change for paying interns as a minimum wage and can be upgraded as much as company wants So no one would be underpaid?
