I don't think so. There are bunch of elements I didn't mention here.
What else
You're focusing on women's only, so if you turn from gym chains to overall well being brand more women will join you. Gym going women's are less compared to other well being services. Once they join u for their well-being program then u can upsale them gym memberships, defence classes and high tickets and low adoption services. Position urself as well being centres for women rather than only gym. Gyms are everywhere, there is no need to copy the same thing. Any doubts yet? Feel free to ask me.
