Depends on the app you want to build . If you want an huge app pages doesn't decide it's huge or small if you want an huge app with a great sect of security and other things it costs somewhere around 3-4L and it'll take time for around 2 months for an senior dev which will be development end. And then there will be staging process which will get you somewhat 15 days and then there will be changes all that will be covered in 3-4 L until unless you want some big changes. Or you want an basic or medium level app it will cost 2 L and it'll take time as fast if could be then only 1 month I am talking about the best scenario for your end worst could get you 10L and 6 months, try to find an person from collage which is in 3rd year of their collage from some NIT you would love to work with them.
