These days having own kitchen is not a sclable model. Thinking about partner with cloud kitchen which will be chefless kitchen. All the menu items will be predefined with our in-house chef. By this we will have the quality control over food.

Good....... Hey I also want to add !!! Why don't you do like this , you sell your franchise to the cloud kitchen (basics cloud kitchen model and it's revenue), on top of that you told them to buy the raw materials from you rather than buying it in Market (lower than market rate ) , this will help them to increase their margin and you will also generate revenue from this . And I think , this will help you to stand in this duopoly market . And also have a more quality control 😉 I hope you get my point 😅
