PW started with free YouTube channel.. so students found the pw good and when they launched paid classes. A lot of them (who could afford) enrolled in. This gave them first set of user and with the profit of the first batch, they can do whatever they want (marketing, etc). Master's Union (practically, the best mba college in india) started in lockdown. In lockdown, students could not go abroad for degrees (Stanford, etc). So Masters Union offered their courses for way less (3 lakhs which they could afford). And like this, it brought their first set of user. Now it brings inversters (like ashneer) to invest in its students startup and upload those to YouTube. So got free marketing and it also charges 5k application fee bring ing money.for next years advertisement

Yea I know that but how such great organic marketing can be done perfectly because I have seen many companies doing organic marketing but they couldn't gain as profit as such company. This is my question coz if marketing cost is reduced due to organic marketing then it will be easier to scale company profitably
