In edtech huge chunk of gross margin goes in marketing but due to great organic marketing of pw it had great net Margin in fy 22, so my question how such great organic marketing can be done , not only in edtech but In other sector as well ( if possible give a detailed info )

There will always be few success stories of great organic marketing. But it is rare for them to reach scale. How can it be done? Well, start creating content and if you have enough people who like you - you can become a porn star or a Prime Minister.

PW started with free YouTube channel.. so students found the pw good and when they launched paid classes. A lot of them (who could afford) enrolled in. This gave them first set of user and with the profit of the first batch, they can do whatever they want (marketing, etc). Master's Union (practically, the best mba college in india) started in lockdown. In lockdown, students could not go abroad for degrees (Stanford, etc). So Masters Union offered their courses for way less (3 lakhs which they could afford). And like this, it brought their first set of user. Now it brings inversters (like ashneer) to invest in its students startup and upload those to YouTube. So got free marketing and it also charges 5k application fee bring ing money.for next years advertisement
