On an avg the screen time keeps varying week to week but i suppose it is around 7-8 hours peek in phone, including laptop my screen time would touch 13-14 hours a day in total The doo scrolling is because of boredom and stress watching Finally I am struggling to stay unplugged from the digital world, but my recent tries have been good, I am just ignoring my phone and using few techniques which I took from YouTube So my last week screen time was including both phone and laptop was 10 hrs which is comparatively way low than what i usually have so yeah pretty much saving my screen time now and investing in personal time
