Riveron acquires Yantra

Riveron, a business advisory firm backed by Kohlberg & Company, has acquired Yantra, a technology and advisory services provider for an undisclosed amount. With the acquisition, Riveron is now among the NetSuite Alliance Partners worldwide, providing clients with comprehensive value-enhancing solutions. Founded in 2009 by US entrepreneur of Indian origin Vikram Bhandari, Yantra has around 300 employees across the United States, Canada, India, and the Philippines. In 2023, the company was acquired by affiliates of Kohlberg & Company from H.I.G. Capital – which is continuing its partnership with Riveron through a minority investment. Riveron has 16 global offices. Bhandari will join Riveron as its Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, serving clients in myriad arenas, including bringing a fresh perspective on the practical impact of AI for CFOs. With the acquisition, Riveron expands its team, increasing its global headcount to over 1,000 dedicated professionals. Yantra specializes in NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce, data science & advanced analytics, integration platforms, business transformation, AI & RPA, and managed Services. Yantra partners with CFOs and CIOs to drive innovation and growth and achieve strategic goals.
