The Bengaluru-based company reported a 31% year-on-year growth in scale in Q4 FY25 and turned profitable, posting a profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 41 crore in the quarter. For the full fiscal year (FY25), Blackbuckโ€™s operating revenue increased 44% to Rs 427 crore in FY25 from Rs 297 crore in FY24. Revenue from its truck operator services was the primary source of revenue, accounting for 98% of total operating revenue. The company also made Rs 15 crore from interest income which took its overall revenue to Rs 137 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 99 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full fiscal year, the firmโ€™s total revenue stood at Rs 462 crore in FY25. Looking at the expenses, the employee benefit cost accounted for 35% of the overall expenditure which fell 74% year-on-year to Rs 33 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 128 crore in Q4 FY24. Depreciation and other operating expenses were key overheads that drove total expenditure to Rs 95 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 187 crore in the same quarter last year. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the firmโ€™s total expenses fell to Rs 371 crore as compared to Rs 483 crore in FY24. Blackbuck booked profit before tax of Rs 41 crore in Q4 FY25, as compared to a loss of Rs 87 crore in Q4 FY24. Meanwhile, for the full fiscal year ended March 2025, the company remained at a loss of Rs 283 crore (before tax), 69% more than Rs 167 crore in FY24. Blackbuck debuted on the stock exchange at Rs 208.90 and is now trading at Rs 459 on May 27, bringing its total market capitalization to Rs 8,180 crore.

On a fiscal basis, the total cost increased to Rs 306 crore in FY25. With the increase in scale, MapMyIndia recorded a 29% increase in its profit to Rs 49 crore during Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 38 crore in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year. Meanwhile, annual profit increased by 10% to Rs 148 crore in FY25, up from Rs 134 crore in FY24. At the end of the day on 9th May 2025, MapMyIndia closed at Rs 1,845 per share, with a market capitalization of Rs 10,040 crore ($1.17 billion).

During the last quarter, Swiggy invested Rs 1,000 crore in Scootsy to support expansion and growth. On the cost side, the procurement of FMCG products for supply chain distribution formed 33% of its overall cost which increased by 52% to Rs 1,854 crore in Q4 FY25. Meanwhile, the delivery charges saw 27% growth to Rs 1,161 crore in Q4 FY25. Swiggy spent Rs 695 crore and Rs 978 crore on employee benefits and advertising, respectively. Overall, Swiggyโ€™s total expenses for the quarter increased 53% to Rs 5,609 crore from Rs 3,668 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal-on-fiscal year basis, its total expenses increased to Rs 18,725 crore in the quarter ending March 2025 from Rs 13,947 crore in FY24. For the full fiscal year ending March 2025, Unicommerceโ€™s revenue rose 31% to Rs 135 crore. Including other undisclosed income, its total income for Q4 FY25 grew to Rs 46 crore, up from Rs 27.7 crore in Q4 FY24. On the expense front, employee benefits remained steady at Rs 16 crore in Q4 FY25. Server hosting costs declined 28% to Rs 1 crore from Rs 1.4 crore, while depreciation and amortization rose to Rs 4 crore. Finance costs stood at Rs 1.5 crore during the quarter. Overall, Unicommerceโ€™s total expenses for the quarter increased 71% to Rs 41 crore from Rs 24 crore in Q4 FY24. Annually, total expense increased to Rs 116 crore in FY25 from Rs 92 crore in FY24. At the end, the Gurugram-based firm reported a 16.4% spike in its profit to Rs 3.35 crore in Q4 FY25 as compared to Rs 2.88 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal basis, the companyโ€™s profit increased 34.3% to Rs 17.6 crore in FY25 from Rs 13.1 crore in FY24. Since its public listing in August 2024, Unicommerce has seen significant growth in market capitalization, which now stands at Rs 1,321 crore. As of May 5, its share price closed at Rs 128, up from the listing price of Rs 108. The stock reached its 52-week peak of Rs 264 in August last year.

For the full fiscal year (FY25), its total income stood at Rs 4,066 crore. Infibeam operates a diversified digital platform, with a primary focus on digital payments and e-commerce solutions. On the cost side, the companyโ€™s total expenses rose by 66% to Rs 1,104 crore in Q4 FY25. For the digital payment firm, its payment processing was the largest cost center, rising by 68% to Rs 1,025 crore. Employee benefits increased by 30% to Rs 39 crore, while depreciation cost grew 6% to Rs 18 crore. Infibeam Avenues also incurred Rs 22 crore on other undisclosed expenses in the said quarter. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the firmโ€™s total expenses increased to Rs 3,768 crore. In the end, the company reported profit after tax of Rs 55 crore in Q4 FY25, 20% up from Rs 46 crore in Q4 FY24. Employee benefit cost rose 89% to Rs 1632 crore, while spending on advertising and marketing increased by 63% to Rs 634 crore in FY24. Nazara also earned Rs 18 crore from interest and gains on financial assets during the quarter, bringing its overall revenue to Rs 539 crore. However, the company posted a 40.8% YoY increase in its total income to Rs 1,715 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 1,218 crore in FY24. On the line of scale, Nazaraโ€™s total expenses surged by 85.3% to Rs 528 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 285 crore in the same quarter last year. Content and commission costs together stood at Rs 186 crore, while employee benefit expenses rose to Rs 80 crore. Notably, marketing expenses saw a sharp 3.5X jump, reaching Rs 151 crore in Q4 FY25. Despite a 95% year-on-year revenue growth in Q4, the companyโ€™s profit remained flat at Rs 4 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full fiscal year, its net profit declined to Rs 51 crore in FY25 from Rs 74.7 crore in FY24. Last week, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) also approved the acquisition of a majority stake and control over Nazara Technologies Limited by Axana Estates LLP, Plutus Wealth Management LLP, and Junomoneta Finsol Private Limited. Nazara is currently trading at Rs 1,270 (as of 03.41 PM) with a total market capitalization of Rs 11,127 crore (approximately $1.3 billion).

Meanwhile, for the full fiscal year, the Noida-based firmโ€™s revenue fell 31% to Rs 6,900 crore in the fiscal year ending March 2025 from Rs 9,977 crore in FY24. Paytm has not disclosed its revenue breakup. The company also added Rs 224 crore from other non-operating sources, bringing its overall revenue to Rs 2,135 crore in Q4 FY25. According to the company, its Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for the quarter stood at Rs 5.1 Lakh crore, while its average monthly transacting users (MTUs) increased to 7.2 crore in the previous quarter. For the fintech firm, its employee benefits remained the largest cost center, accounting for 35% of the overall cost, which decreased by 32% to Rs 748 crore in Q4 FY25. Its payment processing charges reduced by 27% to Rs 52 crore, and marketing expenses increased by 10% to Rs 142 crore in Q4 FY25. Software, communication, legal, cashback, and other overheads took the total expenditure to Rs 2,155 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 2,691 crore in Q4 FY24. Paytm reduced its losses by 96% to Rs 23 crore in Q4 FY25, down from Rs 536 crore in Q4 FY24. This figure excludes a one-time cost of Rs 522 crore, which includes Rs 492 crore in ESOP expenses and Rs 17 crore in transaction costs related to the sale of its movie ticketing business. As of May 6, Paytmโ€™s share price fell over 6% to Rs 816 with the total market capitalization standing at Rs 52,082 crore.

For the full fiscal year ending March 2025, the total expenses rose to Rs 460 crore. EaseMyTrip booked profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 12 crore in Q4 FY25 as compared to a loss of Rs 17 crore in Q4 FY24. During FY25, the firmโ€™s profit before tax stood at Rs 143 crore in FY25 from Rs 142 crore in FY24. EaseMyTrip closed the last trading session at Rs 11.28, with a 0.71% increase in its share price. The companyโ€™s total market capitalization stood at Rs 3,997 crore.

The company generated the majority (49.6%) of its operating revenue from train ticketing which increased to Rs 120 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 95 crore in Q3 FY24. Flight and bus booking services contributed 28% and 21.4% respectively. Besides operating revenue, the firm also earned Rs 5.2 crore via interest and gains from financial assets during the quarter, taking its total topline to Rs 247 crore in Q3 FY25. Ixigoโ€™s gross transaction value (GTV) increased 48% year-on-year to Rs 4,036 crore during the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. Employee benefits expenses rose by 17% YoY to Rs 41 crore. Overall, the company's total costs grew 42.7% to Rs 224 crore in Q3 FY25 compared to Rs 157 crore in Q3 FY24. Ixigo's net profits dropped by 49.3% to Rs 15.5 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 30.6 crore in Q3 FY24, attributed to a deferred tax income of Rs 16.7 crore booked in Q3 FY24. On a PBT basis, profits showed a significant QoQ increase of 54% to Rs 21.4 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 13.9 crore in Q3 FY24. Ixigo is currently trading at Rs 127.7 with a total market capitalization of Rs 4,886 crore or $581 million.
