I know when you first put out a post asking for what sucks in the Indian food delivery space and you wanna solve that , idea and intent is good & lowering commissions is great for restaurants but tough to sustain without huge order volumes. paying delivery partners more sounds fair but increases cost pressure unless margins are optimised for operations Btw the logo looks like logistics company and not like the food delivery company

We started with a bold idea — just 12% commission instead of 30%+ like Zomato and Swiggy. But now, we’ve found a smarter way. Restaurants will now pay 0% commission. Yes, zero. We’re soon reaching out to restaurant partners to co-create and refine this model together. Let’s build something fair from the ground up.

Customer Insights so far - Our recent survey highlights a strong demand for affordable, high-quality food delivery. Here’s what customers prefer: - 63% would choose homemade food over restaurant meals for daily consumption. - 86% are excited about a food delivery app offering both restaurant and homemade food at fair prices. - 67% are ready to switch to XCES from their current food delivery platform, attracted by lower food prices, no hidden charges, faster delivery (via hyperlocal hubs), and homemade food options. At XCES, we’re redefining food delivery with transparency, affordability, and quality.

Hey, Remeber that one guy (Bhavik ig) who approched Ashneer Grower saying that he wants to get into the merchant payment industry by imposing 1% fees? (compared to 2% charged by existing players). You're basically doing that. I don't have much idea about this industry, but if you just kept charging lower rates and if it works, then the one who can afford to charge the least fees will win. So just like how BharatPe made a buisness by charging no commission and instead by distributing loans. Maybe there is some way to replicate something in this industry too. Maybe rather than flat sales % as commisions, just charge for delivery + 10% upto ₹X per order. Anyways, i had filled that research form you posted on LinkedIn. I really liked how your focus is to build a brand which engages in good business practises by paying the delivery guys right commission and all that. Really impressed. And btw Upvoted!

Wait a minute, what are those expenses Zomato adds without any notice? And why do they do that? (If you can share that info)
