Most of them are new to the city or have only been here for three to four years, so they do not have established connections with service centers. That is why they usually go to the nearest one in their area. Also I understand that not all working professionals are new to the city, but there is still a audience I can target. If they like our service, word-of-mouth publicity can help us reach their local friends, which will eventually expand our TAM. Also, just like service centers provide warranties for their services, we also offer a warranty. If any issue arises in the future, we will take care of it. Regarding your point about servicing at home not being possible, you are absolutely right. I forgot to clarify that, it was my mistake. Our doorstep service is only for tyre changes, while full servicing is done through home pickup and drop-off.
