Description

Hello! I'm excited to introduce WAYYU, an initiative that transforms waste into valuable resources. India alone generates 62 million tons of waste annually, expected to soar to 165 million tons by 2030, including vast am

Are you making pyrolysis oil in the process or will be generating electricity with the heat produced from the incinerator?

You say that you already operatable and are producing gasoline and electricity from the waste collected. Could you tell me where do you operate and at what scale? During 2024 till now how much waste have you collected and what was a rough estimate of conversion and the profit and expense made during 2024? Since it is an unorganised sector, how do you manage the collection and acquisition of the waste?

Oh this, actually this was a pitching style we are currently not commerical operating but are in experimental phase and we have tested our formula on small quantity of waste in labs and have estimated our calculated margins to 15 to 20%. As you can see that the margins are not that good so we are trying to make our formula more efficient. If you have any other questions, I would like to answer them

“We produce gasoline and generate electricity from waste, powering our plant and the grid.” Doesn’t this mean in your description that you are already operating and producing some gasoline and electricity from the waste collected? How much was collected and converted? What was the acquisition cost and what was the profit?

Brother can you show me where I stated that we are operating, I think I already mentioned in comments that are we are still in experimenting phase. And we aim to organise this unorganised sector so we will be using robotic machines, human labours, and our advanced qr integrated tech to collect the waste

Hey Founders, This is a much needed startup and you guys are doing a great work. Let me ask you something How will you handle the scalability of your waste processing facilities as the volume of waste increases or decreases I mean how do you plan to ensure a consistent supply of waste materials for processing? How will you address any public concerns or opposition regarding waste processing facilities in their communities? What strategies do you have in place to manage the financial aspects of running and expanding your operations? From human rights and legal perception What measures will you take to ensure the safety and well-being of your employees, especially those involved in manual sorting at dump yards? How will you integrate AI and QR code technology effectively to ensure efficient waste collection and separation? What are the potential technical challenges and possibilities in converting waste into clean energy and synthetic petrol How do you plan to stay ahead of technological advancements and competition in the waste management industry?

Hey thanks buddy I was waiting for a question like this, you know urge to show your idea 😁😁 OK just finished the answers and I realised that I wrote a much bigger paragraph 😅 so sorry in advance for any grammatical or spelling error So let's start point by point For the first point, our primary plan is to set our plants according to the current data and future data analysis in every city, we plan to start with stopping the daily produced waste going into the dumpyards and then going with waste already present in dumpyards. Let's understand this by an example Eg - according to recent surveys Delhi produces around 11k ton waste per day and we all know about the conditions of Dumping yards in Delhi. So we will first set up our plants according to the data analysis for 3 years in future i.e from now it will be 2027 as waste production increasing trend is 100% positive so let's assume till 2027 Delhi produces 17k tons of waste per day so we will set our plants with a capacity of 17k in 2024 which will we used as 11k tons per day waste and 6k ton waste from the dumping yards ensuring us a regular supply of raw material. Now moving to the second point - The tech used in our plants will ensure least carbon emissions and also we will follow the area guidelines setted by gov and in any case our plants will be thousand times better than the giant mountains of landfills who emits non stop methane. Financial aspects - Once settled up plants will run on the energy they produced so it's like aatm nirbhar plants and as energy used in the plant is the only main problem for the budgets after tackling it we can manage all other expenses with the energy we produce with a calculated margin of close to 25% although we are trying to improve the margins more. Human Rights and Legal - Most of the work will be done by machines and robotic equipment and few persons who will work near the core of the plants will be fully equipped and trained professionals. For the rest of the staff general precaution and safety measures will be available. Ai and Qr tech - This is a secret so can't tell you. Challenges - The only problem will be the processes involved as they will need specific conditions and also will affect the surrounding conditions once started and that's what we are still researching on as we want everything to be 100% perfect. Competition - And now for the final point the answer is ofcourse R&D team, we already have much bigger ideas in our brain and each of these ideas have potential to change the way of living like a automated robotic house waste collection system and many more and through Wayyu we want to help the whole world to get releif of their waste THE END
