See clubhouse is focused on group voice chats and community things but we don't do that we offer you one on one voice calls with the Persons you want to talk. You just set the filter like age, gender, location, language etc and within a swipe you get connected to the person matching to those filters who's currently active on our database

I didn't got to see any app named azhar but ya there is azar and that's a video calling app and apart from that there are some voice calling apps but they charge you to make calls either on calling times or by subscriptions and also they don't directly connect you to the another user you first have to send a request to another person and if they accept then you can talk to them.

As far as my research says there is only one app currently in the market which offers one to one random voice calls and currently they range from about 10 to 20 active users at a time and above that they don't give you filters to apply to talk to the exact type of peroson you want to talk. And also you have to buy their premium subscriptions where as voxcii is completely free for users
