It's a great idea and congrats to you for securing a grant from Google. I wrote books using AI and published in KDP as e books. Although they are short stories , the scope for this kind of authorship is increasing day by day. One of the problems I personally identified is for this model is the readership . The e books definitely would go online in short span but the acceptance from readers is slightly underwhelming . If the traction to your core idea of generating ebooks from AI works well, I advise you to make use of creating an audible file or a video graphic content using the same AI. A one stop solution of creating an ebook, audio book and a video content for the same idea which would allow the user to target all the forms of consumption in either a Kindle/audible/YouTube. I know this is a huge stretch but consider it in long term. Good luck and great idea👍🏼
