Competition from the unorganized players can suffocate the scalability of the business. Logistics isn't an issue especially in tier 1 and tier 2 cities as there would be many people jumping to deliver the orders. But tier 1 cities , it's the competition and with tier 2 cities it's the cost that can pose a problem. Food delivery is always a great business as people would love to try every new player initially but retaining the customer for long can be challenging. If you are thinking of subscription model, it's hard to retain the customer with a set menu . Good luck with your endeavours, it's going to be a hard journey .

Sounds good tbh. The main issue would be the delivery costs but that's not a big deal. Also you can later add start your own cloud kitchens and start selling that food also. Upvoted

I liked the concept, but I have some doubts about its acceptability. Many people may still prefer established tiffin services or food delivery apps. Have you thought about how the delivery will work? Will there be a dedicated delivery partner, or will customers need to pick up their meals themselves?

Thanks for your comment... That's the valid concern. Since our app doesn't handle delivery directly at first stage... We have 3 plans Self pickup model Homemaker managed delivery themselves or via local delivery services Partnered delivery services collaborate with third party delivery option ( in future )
