There are two categories one is where people want see actual products want to feel and then they purchase like - food. 2nd category is like people can buy product from both online & off line market no need to see product like - medicines (certified products). If you want to boost your sales then focus on discreet products like - Condoms (no one wants to go in medical to buy it in qty)

Inventory, scaling, pricing competitiveness is an issue. People will want to go to the fastest and the cheapest option how do you plan to ensure the best possible solution?
We do not keep any inventory, we just collect it from the local shop and deliver it to the customer only in their respective district, the best shop in the city gets a chance to sell their products pan India. Customer from all India can buy products from best shop of another city with the help of one month subscription/premium. Scaling is not an big issue we have planned to go international. Pricing is also a not that big problem we only target the one who can pay for it. We provide all product which india1, 2,3 needs in their reasonable prices. There are no big players in this segment, there are small players with different routes and thats not a big deal we will acquire them in future Yes people want fast and cheap convenience and we provide the same. We have made some strategies to enter the market and start scaling.
Actually nowadays according to the demand of consumers they are also concerned with their health n fitness and skincare so u can just look into this field also. Make a app which provides the consumers their need according to their lifestyle,routines. Provide a tutor who helps the consumers about their diets, what exercise should they do? How can they work efficiently with sparing little time on this self devlopment .@Synkreta
Sure we are totally focused on this as of now and later on maybe we will also expand to this sectors. We have already planned the vision for synkreta in coming 15years.
