The idea is really nice, but how are you planning to do that, because experts will definitely charge a lot

Thanks Brother for the appreciation. Also Brother there are tier 2 & 3 cities where actually the professionals struggle to get consultation and other service clients. Due to this they have to generally let go the consultation charges so as to get the client onboard. By this platform we will get those professionals at a very lesser rate to make the progress.

Like a pathology lab, we detect and fix startup issues before they become critical. But the main problem is Startups miss early signs of trouble without regular check-ups. So what next?

You are right brother that's what we have to work on, creating awareness. We all know it's important to be proactive whether it's your own health or your startups health. All we have to do is just create that awareness amongst people.

Metaphor of a startup doctor is catchy, the challenge lies in convincing early-stage founders to pay for diagnostics when they're already overwhelmed with expenses. Many startups don’t realize they need help until it's too late

Understandable brother, at the start the founder should always take care of putting resources into the startups. But problems come during scalability and when actually the startup comes to work where people will require the assistance. Its just getting yourself a dentist appointment every 6 months even though you know there is no tooth issue, but what if something arises in future which we are not aware of. Many people like that proactive approach towards things. Primarily we will target them and the ones who are more of reactive, we will try to give proper guidance and create awareness for them.

Ok but how would I know if there's something wrong which isn't a issue now but in future it might become a big issue out of nowhere and I need your help And in beginning I'd try to maximize my resource spends towards growth instead of these things right ? I'm sure startup will choose to spend on marketing rather than this even though it's a better choice

You're absolutely right—most founders wait until a crisis hits. But that’s exactly the gap we’re solving. At Startup Chikitsa, we’re not just selling audits or reports—we’re creating awareness that just like physical health, startup health also needs regular checkups. We’re making these diagnostic reports: Simple (clear, non-jargon reports), Affordable (a fraction of consultant fees), and Preventive (to catch problems early). We're also gamifying the experience with scorecards, growth badges, and quarterly ‘Startup Health Camps’ to build a habit—not fear.

I don't see any and it's good to but can early startups really afford it ?andeven though we need someone like mentor or regular help other than just scheduled checkups from a doctor , but the concept is great

Not as of now brother. Many companies provide these services individually but the theme we are creating is not followed by any other company.
