In community apps creating suitable environment for fans and sports enthusiasts is highly challenging task Because it's takes lots of capital to create such community's oriented apps also many apps failed while executing this at global stage because of less addictive content and app features . Many startups are creating apps around this like sportshood etc . According to my observation and suggestions you need to create a app where people can host tournament at regional level by investing 10-500rs and then another team also invest same amount after winning team get rewards . Promote offline games and also provide leaderboard features like pubg and other eSports games but for offline sports also charge less comission so promote this as a main usp also don't create this cluttered space just add 5-6 features and 1 core usp that people will invest thier time . Build proper strategic execution plan for winning this market also that's one of the biggest market in India because we have 140+ crores peoples and mostly are youth .
