Good idea, but paytm with their wallet transit card already started implementing this along with a large pool of other services too and paytm already established partnerships with all the names you mentioned above

Yes, You are right buddy. Paytm has already implemented this but My vision is to solve the passes problem and also a make an specifed application in which user can get the ticket easily with govt. Authorisation .
