With due respect, many companies are working on this (renting clothes, toys, etc) and I think no one will be interested to rent their electronics like laptops. There are chances of misuse and they can even replace good parts or they can damage or they can install some kind of apps where they can steal owners photos and money. I appreciate your idea. I think people are mature enough to know what they can buy and what they can rent.....if any thing costing you 70-80 rs only why people will list that item on rent ! Rently will provide this kind of items free by their side only if any product costing you less than 150₹ Terms and conditions applicable.

Your thought process is wrong here, one huge company means 1 huge competition and that is way more problematic than 10 small companies on the same idea. Take amazon as an example in Us, there is no competition at all for amazon in that area and nobody can ever challange it's monopoly in US ( exclude india as it has flipkart which copied amazon in india ) That website already is a hot deal in urban areas hence you'll face a lot of problems Anyways, good luck

There are most of the books that are getting sold, such as book chor , how ever we are giving them on rent, if you own them, then you can rent it. There will be no any allegations for this Rently assure you that.
How will you assure the owner if the product would be preserved and won't be damaged? In case of damage, what would you do?
Hi saim, We are doing KYC, for a trustful experience how ever if anything happen the second party will be responsible for that and for the bigger item we partnered with insurance company who charge a fees during that lending process later if anything happen all the compensation will be provided.
