This is possible for websites where government has an api. For example train and bus as you mentioned and utilites like gas and electricity. What according to you have lot of consumers but do not have such seamless websites ?
I had worst experience using the Maharashtra government websites like mahadbt. The Rto website also not that great with its user experience. As a student I have seen many students going to net cafe to fill up the mahadbt scheme. For government colleges in Maharashtra if you have taken admission from CAP round you need to fill some kind of scheme to avail scholarship. Students can fill the form from their own devices but 80% students go to net cafe in my observation as I was in government college earlier.
That's really great idea but lots of legal and permission problems so please rethink about your business model
Yep I will need legal permissions. If not given, it can transformed into digital agent like we have offline and the digital agent will go to website without requiring us to do anything.
