To clarify, NomiPe will use L2s like zkSync for instant, real-time payments, ensuring low fees and high speed. Actually.. the gas fee that the chains you mentioned have very significant prices and the transaction takes almost 8min to complete, which is not at all a good thing for an idea which is competing with UPI. There are some L1 chains like Algorand according to my knowledge. But tbh, any L1 chain cannot compete with UPI for it's speed and free model. I think you have to get more groud work if you are serious about it.
