I think this can be a valuable tool for everyone out there, students and for the society too which only knows hand picked career options and treat them as gold even when there are unknown gems.

Vocational training is something which is here for decades but got ignored from the majority for a big reason. In India everyone is up for a white collar job. Even though there are millions who would die for an opportunity in a blue collar job they seldom reach the right places where they can get up skilled for those niche jobs. More importantly many of unconventional jobs that are running self train the people (family and friends) which is one of the major reason why an organized company never merged as a success in this vocational training or match making industry . I believe for this industry , the marketing should reach the right people. Sitting in an urban area and promoting for an unconventional job to random people doesn't work. It should penetrate into the rural areas where people are desperate and honestly trying to learn & work to provide basic necessities to their families. Focusing on tier 3 kind of small towns and villages is the first step that could work in this kind of business. If works well, I believe coming up to tier 2 big towns can add some spice but tier 1 cities and tier 2 cities should be avoided at any cost as the majority who are looking for employment not just looking for a workplace but has an expectation of earning high to cater to the needs of the city . Also, another big challenge is finding the right jobs for people who engage with next leap. It's going to be a mammoth task for convincing the small industry owners to join hands with the company and allow the next leap to provide manual skilled power for them. I don't know if I am going on the right track about what you envisioned with your company or not but some of the things I can see obviously are this. To be honest , this is one of the dream idea for a business to me from years. I dwelled upon this a lot and discussed with people regarding this, how to create something that can bridge the demands of niche industries with unskilled and unemployed labour. I'm happy to discuss and give my inputs on this particular idea if needed, but need to warn you this is a kind of business that gives nightmares to anyone . Finding both demand & supply, giving the right skills required , making the customer job ready and provide him with options to choose , and upgrade the life of customer to bring him back as a success story of others, all these aspects are a challenge individually by themselves. Think we'll & Decide if you want to jump into this , but I'm happy for giving my inputs if you need

What we are trying to do is consolidation. From finding new opportunities, untapped areas, to exploration to certification or transition, all at one place. Most times, this hassle to continuously switch is what hinders the interest. Thank you for your response sir. 🙏
