Can't it will be achieved by training any AI model (like, chatgpt, llama, etc) based on some parameters of user behaviour and psychology, and if yes. Then anyone can do that with pre existing ai models that we used in daily life.
Then you need a team to handle this tech, I can help you with all technical things, with our LLMs experts and best developers can take your product to next level
Well you can but not to that level. These AI are not specially designed for psychological reasoning, etc. There are alot of concepts they are lacking.

How will it works tell in details
For now it will be a chatbot followed by more features and app for Android and iOS, it will analysis user behaviour, thought process, goals and will recommend micro habits and small, incremental action, it will use psychology to encourage sustainable, subconscious change in their thought process. I can't tell you more than that for now.😁
