What you said is right. Mess field is unorganized, but where I live I have seen student calls mess owner and asks what is available there. I am just taking this thing online i.e calling mess owner and asking what's available to what's price. I am weak in explaining things hope you got it. Reply if not will come with some other explanation.
Zomato and Swiggy charge around 20% per order, but offer reduced rates for subscriptions. However, the mess system is too unorganized to be taken online. Unlike restaurants, which already operate in a structured manner and can easily integrate, most messes lack the organization and resources to transition online, making it difficult for companies to manage this market. Not every mess owner can adapt to an online platform.
Hey Thanks For Feedback. I thought of this then the conclusion came that they take an average cut of 20% from restaurants. So why would a small home run mess would give that amount to them. In our platform we take monthly charges.
