Yes The idea I case of the funds involved in this seems convincing but due to the wealth concentration in india your user market might be fewer, it all depends on how are you trying to monetize out of it if ad revenue is out of question in this system plans and subscription packages might not work ,The ROI is a question when it comes to this.I might be wrong but this was the idea I picked up reading your description
