Revolutionizing Outdoor Advertising Traditional outdoor advertising is often costly and inflexible. Our startup addresses these challenges by introducing a novel approach: 15-inch digital screens mounted on auto-ricksha
See MoreHave you compared the capex per unit vs LTV And other cost operational costs Is it sustainable ??
Sir the cost of installation and purchase of each screen is 10 k and operational cost for each screen per month is 1,860 rs . and when it comes revenue it depends on how many advertiser we have for one month basically on average if we have 6 clients avg pay from them would be 80 k each for one month. And currently we have stopped our operations due to lack of funds we will start very soon.
If yes , then after how much pieces installed and how much ads you will display Tell me the maths behind it Then I can say it's a good idea or not
It actually great idea. It makes people not bored who sit on rikshaa.
Thanks for your valuable feedback
Great initiative, In the journey people would probably see the ads as they'll see something new. But isn't it cost effective? Installing screens n all?
We will hit break even with in 9 months from our start of business.

Can you tell me where he told about this I just wanted to see?
No bro did he tell this in his reels?

The screens in autos are fixed with a frame which done welding directly with auto and front side visible plastic and there is no problem of pathholes as the screens will tightly fixed in frames they won't shake if you observe images clearly you can how the frame is designed . same solution for if they hit also and we also have insurance for the screens .and small water droplets will not happen anything unless auto completely drained in water if such scenarios happening we will remove the screens incase of heavy floods. And thanks for your feedback.
Yeah this approach is really feasible but according to RTO regulations large modifications are not allowed in indian vehicle so how you will change the whole policy ? BTW can you please change your name and logo because that's not good for catering new age audience and your name is not familiar for all Indian peoples
There are no large modifications here just a small screen almost size of tab and thickness is somewhat more and I didn't mentioned there but screen also have women safety button and when we had discussion with traffic police or RTO we got lot of support from them
Thanks for your feedback bro Even we tought many times about all the things .here for brands each brand have different goals some people want to reach more people there is no problem for them if a person sees a ad one time thats enough but some other brands focus on showing ads to same person to convert hin as customer here that's what happens here on an average in Bengaluru avg trip time is 25 min how many times we can show ad to those 2 to 3 people different dimensions of ad and brand and we are maintaining good relations with rikshaw drivers but it is a hard one definitely and when it comes to pricing we offer the best price for brands to advertise outdoor as compared to other traditional outdoor advertising
It's hard to say what may work and what may not, and I think you'll be needing to cater every one very fruggally like rickshaw people, advertisers and the maintenance thing. And you'll be showing ads to only some people at a time meaning if I had to Run a ad then the most in one rickshaw can see is 2 or 3 people so there's something you gotta do, and lastly the pricing should be very cheap so that the advertisers can pay for that.... Tough to build.....but let's accept it what's not tough in this world ...... So giving a try is good option
