Your idea seems provide assistance to the group who are in rural areas. Which is impressive. But you need to take count that digital awareness might not be on the degree it requires to handle your platform. They tend to believe in human connections more and word of mouth and does go to cafe. In fact government allow very easy digital services on many cases still. Most people choose intermediaries for convenience.
Thank you for the valuable feedback. I completely agree that digital awareness and trust are key challenges in rural areas. Kagzi is not designed to replace human intermediaries, but to organize and empower them through a simple, transparent platform. Our focus is on assisted onboarding, local partners, and vernacular support, so users can access services with human guidance. We aim to combine technology with local trust networks to improve convenience, reduce overcharging, and minimize repeated visits. Your point is very relevant and aligns with our on-ground approach.
