Your idea seems provide assistance to the group who are in rural areas. Which is impressive. But you need to take count that digital awareness might not be on the degree it requires to handle your platform. They tend to believe in human connections more and word of mouth and does go to cafe. In fact government allow very easy digital services on many cases still. Most people choose intermediaries for convenience.
