This is an excellent and innovative initiative addressing a crucial gap in accessible healthcare. As a Pharm.D graduate, I truly admire JanArogya’s vision of integrating AI to enhance medical accessibility and patient care. I would be very interested in exploring potential career opportunities with your organization and contributing my knowledge and skills to your mission. Please let me know if there are any suitable openings.

I think your subscription model might work...but instead of offering it for individuals...offer it for family...say if anything happens to your family member then it's your problem to get them treated and recovered. So what will happen is the earning member in the family will take your subscription and give you the responsibility to take take care of his family members...saving him time and effort. For that you need to make an insurance plan for the family and offer the insurance plan and add your service charges to take care of family.

Make it B2B,B2C healthcare is unbreakable until you have money to burn. Common man can eat Pizza of a new brand but wont pick Doctor randomly even in villages people will trust only if you offer it for free. Healthcare can only be cracked either via B2B(partnering with Insurance, Hospitals etc) or by burning money and offering free consultation+ tests

Seems doable. But subscription as revenue to start with looks misfit. May be start with pay per service/request to start with and later shift to subscription as the engagement increases. Subscription based market in India is still quite choosy.

Idea is very good but what about revenue model. The model doesn't sound suitavle just yet, so I am avoiding a vote.

We have a subscription model for our customers which will be available on a monthly and yearly basis and in this subscription model we will provide free services like online appointment booking and online consultation, monitoring and management of health records and discount on physical services and products and the second revenue and commission will be from the business and partners.
