But what I think is, The brands themselves can take up the same initiative by distributing the bottles. Why they will pay you ?

In India just like free Paani Company called Muft paani based out of New Delhi doing same and better way, and as you mentioned out of 7-8 startups only 2-3 startups does good marketing - - I don't know what good or bad marketing is for you, Infact I'd like to know what better way you will do marketing Using recycled bottles should have described what and how better, and you should be saying that the your potential future customers run mediocre businesses and using your service won't be organic though!! First of all free pani which you are talking about is operating in Pakistan not in India And from 7-8 startup only few 2-3 are doing good and making content through social media And the thing is competition is everywhere only the difference is how you present and execute We are using recycled plastic bottles that differentiate JalSeva from other startup.I And India has many city and have many mediocre business which they want to grow organically That's why we come with JalSeva.
