This will be open to each and every body even High school students, age is not the matter here. Coming to register fee, 1000rs is affordable and I think to make it some amount would be required, otherwise it will be NGO

We are launching a unique startup school with three transformative stages. Entry-Level Pitch: For a registration fee of ₹1000, aspiring entrepreneurs can pitch their ideas. If selected, our team will collaborate with them to refine their concept. Website Development: Participants with a viable idea and an existing website will receive support in enhancing their online presence and business strategy. Final Pitch Event: The top candidates will pitch their refined ideas to leading CEOs and CXOs, gaining invaluable exposure and potential partnerships. Our goal is to establish research centers across India, each specializing in different categories, fostering innovation and excellence nationwide. Join us in revolutionizing the startup landscape!

$500,000 for 7%! Kuch bhi. YC takes 7% for $125,000 and your plan is to offer at 4 times more valuation. And btw YC is not just known for funding. It's known because of the 3 month program as well the additional help and guidance they offer. So even take that into account.
