Good idea but there are some suggestions to make it more promising. - you have to pick people after doing proper checkes, making sure if they just stole your entire stall. Or they can show you wrong sales numbers. - best thing is give them everything including training as a loan so the only thing you have to keep track of is the loan amount and the stalls will only focus on selling more to payout the loan amount. The loan payout per month should be not more than 20% to 40% of their sales. - you can also involve the locals by asking some amount to invest on the stalls which you will put in their area as a charity or as a local partner, they will also receive some amount monthly. The idea is risky, might be less profitable and hard to implement but will put great impact on the society.

Good idea but segregation of working people out of the bunch is important here: - Providing resources - Its more like a outsourced franchise to earn a cut so managing inventory - Since they stay in make shift houses ensuring that your resources aren’t stolen or misused.

Brother, this is impossible, to give skills of this level which a children from a good family could not get even after studying for 14 years and the last salary was 15-20k. It is better that he can start earning directly from the stall by taking training for maximum 2 months .

At least they will not have to beg, they will earn by working hard themselves and we will also teach them in the training how to manage their money and how much money should be kept from the earnings for ingredients and materials and how much will be left for them etc.

It's not as simple as you think bro giving homeless people stalls and all the materials and get loads of profits, if this was possible poverty never existed in India, this looks like charity for me

Bro your idea is really helpful for lower middle class of India and i would like to suggest you to add sop , training program , courses and if possible then also introduce chefless model for better results.
