Bro look example I am a recruiter I want brilliant and experienced student who work for and in the company with responsibility, Here you clear and the problem here is that I don't have that much time to watch your profile your all in app filters features it could be from AI or Just calculator I don't no that particular filter processes feature working properly or not, idon't know it is correct or not this may be wrong , you know what I am saying.. This is my point-of-view What is your opinion on my comment
2) One more thing I was also involved in hiring process April this year and I noticed. Recruiters don't take much time to shortlist the resume but the internal team do care. Why? Because they are going to take the interview. So they focus on the user profile. They also look for candidate's LinkedIn. It's not that straight forwarded.
I am making a candidate first platform, want to help them in finding the right career path and then help them in building skills for that career path. Now the recruiter part is just to help them in finding the job which they will get if they have the right skills. How we gonna help the recruiter? That's actually a big question and currently many platforms are trying to solve that but very few able to solve that but they also not able to do that completely. What I am gonna do at first is that I show the recruiter about the qualities of candidates instead of resume. Now if some recruiter is only interested in knowing if candidate is from Tier 1 college or university, does the candidate have experience from any big company then this platform is not for them. I want to change the way hiring process, and empower those Tier 2 and 3 students. That type of recruiters get the candidate from anywhere, they don't need any specific platform to hire. And Tier 1 candidates don't need any hiring platform to get the job.
