Anyone who’s tried booking a salon last minute knows the struggle real time availability and clear pricing would be super convenient especially in tier 2 and 3 cities where discovery is still word of mouth but success will depend on how fast salons adopt the system most of them are not tech savvy and managing real time inventory might become another headache for them also convincing users to pay a convenience fee when many salons already take direct bookings for free could be a blocker
