Small shops are losing out to quick apps and need a digital push this platform gives them that edge but the idea of hiding shop names could backfire, people often trust specific local stores and may want to know where their stuff is coming from also giving more orders to higher plans feels like pay to win which might hurt smaller shops instead of helping all equally concept is strong but needs to build trust and fairness while helping shops grow not just survive Also there was a far better idea in showcase named dashcart which was way better than your idea , have a look at it and see what better things can you implement

I read you plan. I must say this is a good plan on paper. It will never gonna work. Why? Beacuse your direct competition is not e-commerce it will be the shopkeeper. Because the first thing they gonna say they want there name either inside or outside. Secondly, mostly shopkeeper are old generation. Who thinks online is just waste of time. Because a lot of people try this model. Thirdly, subscription model will never be succeed in India. Beacuse as everyone now india is very price sensitive market. What you thing they will buy subscriptions. When if you think they will buy if a person oder some thing on 30 days who will you pay to the rider. So you need tons of money. Anyway may be I am wrong.
