That's a good initiative startup idea. But there were many people who have tried this and even active now. Like you mentioned they focus on B2C but you are focusing B2B. Are you sure on that fact? How did you confirmed you assumption.
Imo, you have a distribution problem. Which could be solve by multiple way. One such way is partnering with other businesses. Have you consider that?
I'm already doing it from last 3-4 years.... But now I deliver to only 7-8 customers, I want to do it on a large scale, how it works is i recived order at night, then I stock it & deliver next morning.
