Bhai thats a good idea but very difficult in execution here are the key reasons and key issues you should focus on 1. You need 1 or more physical store or dark store to cater in the city it has to be hybrid model 2. And what will you do about fittings because Renting companies charge high price and mainly formal clothes whose style wont get affected by fittings 3. Delivery service and returning service charges which will make it difficult for you per day per person charge for deiveru and return combined would be atleast 50 to 70 rupees 3. Your subscription need to be in the range of 3k to 6k For middle class people And 6 to 15k for rich but they wont wear cheap clothes And many more hope you find solutions for them and many more problems in it
People raised same questions and online shopping of clothes and quick commerce was introduced - now you have an answer , no need to worry about cost and compete, with the operational model we follow those factors can be super optimised
As for now this generation is more focused on comfort and identity rather than money. Due you really think people will rent cloth like thing. And as this generation is day by day just focusing on status , it wont make them feel like strange and shamed , if got by someone in any event

It's not about renting clothes at cheap , infact it's not a renting service - rather a subscription service in a q.com way Here's a general example : I pay my month subscription , and I order a dress for my office wear - next day morning just as my newspaper or milkman early morning the freshly washed and pressed dress I ordered will be delivered and I get ready go to office and a sudden party is decided after office so while going back I will select and order a party wear which will be delivered by time I want after I return from party just change into casual for sleep and next day again a new pair of office and the same delivery guy will pickup the worn outfits back with him ( It's like buying netflix subscription and pick any movie to watch , you don't need to buy a movie CD or DVD and store it )
