Pradyuman KumawatI think inspiration is probably more important than life span.

This is a clever, deeply India-specific healthcare model. You blends the scale of telemedicine with the trust of physical presence, which is exactly what Tier 2–3 cities need. The bike ambulance + online doctor tag-team is cost-efficient, fast, and solves the “kaun leke jaye?” problem families face in emergencies. Some sharp angles to push: Bike model = hyperlocal dominance — Own a few PIN codes really well before expanding. Make your turnaround time unbeatable. Generic meds = massive trust win — Emphasize transparency in pricing. Maybe even let families see what they’re saving. Decent earning model for field professionals — That ₹30k/month potential makes it a gig worth doing, especially in smaller towns. If you wrap this in a strong brand and app experience, DhipyCare can become the “Uber of doorstep treatment.” By the way, I’ve shared my own project here — would love your feedback or an upvote if it resonates: https://medial.app/idea/precision-laser-cutting-designs-for-creators-44f237c487106

there are few things that might hit hard in execution like the 30-minute promise sounds great but tough to consistently deliver especially in remote or traffic-heavy areas and relying on live guidance from doctors means strong internet which might not be stable everywhere also managing medical quality across so many visits while keeping it affordable is not easy bike ambulance is cool but carrying full setup and covering 15-20 patients per day sounds physically demanding for staff

Thanks for highlighting the challenges—those are valid points. However, if Zepto can achieve 10-minute deliveries, we believe 30-minute medical response is realistic, especially since our professionals will be stationed within a 2–3 km radius, allowing quick access. For remote or village areas, we’re introducing Virtual Clinics where a nurse or compounder on the ground can connect patients to doctors via video calls. Due to word limits, I couldn’t share the full plan earlier. The 15–20 patients per day figure was just an estimate to show potential; our professionals will be paid per visit, so the actual number will depend on their comfort and availability. Regarding the bike ambulance, our portable medical kit weighs around 30kg, which is manageable and can be easily mounted on a scooter or motorbike, making it both scalable and practical. We know this won't be easy, but we’re building the system thoughtfully with real-world constraints in mind and are ready to learn and improve as we go.
