DashCart: Revolutionizing Hyperlocal Delivery High delivery fees for small orders and mandatory minimum purchase requirements frustrate customers, causing them to add unnecessary items to their carts to avoid extra char
See MoreDoesn't dealing with multiple kiranaaaa increase the logistics cost Like for example blinkit has a warehouse so they are able to collect and send one driver to multiple locations at same time But if you collect from local kiranass then first they have make it available at that moment hence you lose the 24 7 aspect and then the time it takes to go and wait on one kirana before going to another. And this detours will only increase the cost right ??
A little correction Blinkit is able to optimize the routes cause it is sending just a single person and he can travel and serve multiple people in a little time span
Hi November’s Showcase is now live and you can participate again with this idea or with a new idea. Looking forward to seeing your submission!
In a segment like kira store means mostly Grocery items where dealer runs on 5% margin, your sustainability will be questioned? That's why platform fee and minimum order value was launched. Volumetric business needs sustainability. Find more pain points for the current systems. And honestly 99 bucks is the minimum order value, which literally nothing in today's market. And not bothered. How would you compete with the big players. Good thought but modify more. Good luck.

That sounds interesting! In the initial stage, you'll definitely have to spend some extra money. But, hope it turns out nice and well. If possible, think about the opportunity of collaborating with ONDC sellers as well.
Great, btw my name is afrad😅

One one of the major question is how can you manage to pay salaries of delivery person's
Actually, DashCart doesn’t have its own delivery service. The merchants handle the deliveries themselves since we focus on small, dense areas where delivery zones are minimal. Our system provides optimized pooling routing to make the process even smoother for them.
Solution is good, problem identification is somewhat near good as it will change on the way I believe but how you guys will get delivery partner ? And how will you make people use your inventory management system like conviencing the a retailer to use inventory management system bcz taking example of daily use items as its going to be the most orders you'll ever receive so how will you make a kirana wala store convience that please manage the inventory of 2k sku you have ?
I am also building quick-commerce like zepto and other with better way , if you don't mind can we connect
I think to Implement and scale this idea, You need proper 2-3 Big super market store experienced people, They know all products, U just list eacha nd every product by yourself and leave a option of request which let venders ask for addition of a product they sell but not listed... And for open loose Items, Every Vendor should have an option to add their own price, Or you can just show avg price to customer not exact, As soon as an order gets placed, The vendor will select what he has currently what is its price and will approve each product wise, for say I order 10 kg sugar and 5 kg Rice, vendor A has rice at his own price and B has sugar , They both will enter their price and approve then the consumer will approve the pricing if he's satisfied and the order is then confirmed, But add open pack delivery for no returns and all, Just a complaint portal if the product is not of quality expected... There's a lot to say if you connect... I have a Goods and Services business so I may help you
There's another aspect i can think of this I would really love to hear your opinions about it But I just want to know that isn't it true that even after such boom of e commerce applications People still get their rice and wheat as like from there nearest kiranaaa stores Like in my household I have the shop and it's a routine that every month we give them a list of items that we need and the quality like the wheat rice and pulses and they deliver it to us without additional delivery few cause it's really close. The major items we order from such e commerce apps are really fmcg products right Like for example chips and cola and Maggie and it's really rare atleast I have not seen that my mother is ordering wheat or rice from such apps I just want to know whether this a correct observation or am I wrong
I'd like to know technical and operational structure of dashcart
