The detailed description of the idea CONNECT-TECH-TALENT:🚀 ➡️This new-age platform targets software students, providing them with a direct, user-friendly way to showcase their skills, projects, and abilities to tech companies. Unlike traditional job platforms or even LinkedIn, which can be overcrowded and lack specific focus, our platform focuses on connecting tech enthusiasts with relevant companies based on their projects and technical skills. ⏺Key Features: ➡️Student-Centered Project Posts: Students create posts that highlight their software projects. Each post contains: Project Name: The title of the project. Description: A detailed explanation of what the project does, the technologies used, and any problem it solves. Skills Used: A list of technologies, programming languages, and tools the student has applied in the project. Live View: The ability to showcase a working version of the project (could be a link to GitHub, a demo site, or a hosted app). This allows students to present their real-world work directly, instead of relying on generic resumes. The emphasis on showcasing live projects rather than just a text-based CV helps make their technical skills more visible. ➡️Company Profiles: Companies, particularly software firms, will create profiles where they can: Search for students based on skills, projects, or keywords. Browse student posts to evaluate their technical abilities and fit for their needs. View student portfolios (live project demos and detailed descriptions). Companies can easily find candidates who have proven their skills through real work, without the guesswork typically associated with resumes. ➡️Simplified Connection: Instead of the traditional job-search cycle (applying through job listings), companies can connect directly with students via: 🔘Email: The student’s email is made available on their post, so companies can reach out quickly. This direct method reduces delays and the need for complicated application processes, allowing for faster connections between companies and potential hires. 🔘Live, Updated Resumes: Student profiles act as a live resume that gets updated automatically as they add new projects or gain new skills. This provides a more dynamic and accurate representation of a student's current abilities, unlike static resumes that can become outdated. ➡️Reduced Barriers: 🟠For students, this platform reduces the challenges of finding opportunities and networking, which are common in traditional job search methods. They no longer have to rely on generic job boards or networking events to be noticed by employers. 🟠For companies, the platform makes it easier to identify talented, skilled candidates without needing to sift through irrelevant resumes or deal with intermediaries. ➡️Revenue Generation Model: Initially, the platform could be free for students and companies. However, to generate revenue, we can implement: Ads: Tech companies or educational institutions could place ads for products, services, or courses. Subscription Fees: A premium subscription for companies or students could offer additional features like advanced search filters, more prominent project display, or analytics for students to track how many companies are viewing their posts. Platform Fees: Charge companies a fee for posting job listings or for accessing a "premium" talent pool. 🔴Benefits of the Platform: 🔘For Students: Easier to showcase their skills in a live, tangible way. Direct visibility to companies without having to rely on outdated or generic resumes. The ability to network with industry professionals through project-based interactions rather than formalized job applications. 🔘For Companies: Direct access to tech talent, with the ability to review actual projects and technical abilities. Faster and more efficient hiring process with fewer intermediaries. The potential to identify candidates who are not only skilled but also passionate about software development, as seen through their projects. 🔘For the Industry: Bridging the gap between education and the real-world job market, enabling companies to find ready-to-work candidates without the typical hassle of filtering through resumes. ⏹How This Stands Out: Our platform solves a clear problem for both students and companies: Students struggle with gaining visibility and proving their skills in a competitive job market. Companies face difficulty in finding qualified candidates in a sea of generic resumes or unqualified applicants. By focusing on live projects and skills-based profiles, our platform will fill the gap that other job boards and professional networks (like LinkedIn) don't specifically address. Students can directly demonstrate their work in the most relevant form—through the actual software projects they’ve built—while companies can easily connect with and hire these skilled candidates. This creates a more authentic and efficient connection between students and employers in the tech space, revolutionizing how recruitment in the software industry takes place. 🚀 https://connect-tech-talent.netlify.app

Brother, I have a question are you trying to reduce the unemployment rate in India ? If yes I don't think bringing up a new platform is the solution to it. See only 4.7 percent of the Indian population is skilled labour while the rest is unskilled and semi skilled. I think you get the point now.

Buddy, there is a huge difference between a feature and an idea. So, that's a feature, not a fully-fledged problem-solving idea. Also, if you look closely, you’ll notice that LinkedIn is highly convenient for companies because they offer this service along with 10-15 other highly useful features. So, why would companies use a platform that offers fewer useful features? There are also many hiring platforms offering these types of services. You can’t create a whole social media platform solely based on software students or tech enthusiasts because they all love to interact with people from other industries. If you structure them in one app where only software students are present, it might be difficult for them to explore other opportunities and projects for earning. Now, tell me a few things: In India, most jobs are already filled or people are on waiting lists because every job has approximately 50+ resumes waiting. LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other hundreds of platforms are already pushing their limits to get jobs for their users. So, how will you grab opportunities or job seats from companies? It’s a very, very hard task. Even if you succeed, companies may still feel uncomfortable dealing with you because you haven’t even mentioned how your hiring process works. Nowadays, companies want automation, convenience, and affordability with quality. So, at the end of the day, you need to understand that adding a few features and pretending like a professional job portal won’t give you true success in a real market where 50+ sharks are already waiting for you. I would like to suggest a few things: 1. Firstly, limiting your app to just tech won't give you huge initial traction or good revenue because it’s really hard to get companies to enroll in your app. 2. Second, start a skill training program for the lower-middle class of India and target blue-collar workers. Then, export them to other countries and earn commissions from their management. 3. Third, focus on providing useful features, not just “we are creating a social media platform.” Your line should be: "We will train everyone in the country and then directly provide the most well-trained workers to top companies for their growth." Add at least 10 features, then call it an idea. I hope you understand, and take it personally and strictly Last lind is — Replace HR work for getting success in this market

But I am telling that the problem you are trying to solve is already solved by LinkedIn,upwork,fiver,internshala,naukri.com and many more and to showcase the talent there are many platforms like leetcode, codechef, hackerank, code forces and many more with the help of this profile companies recruit them and big company like Google and Microsoft. Github is also the platform where they can show case there projects they have done in resume they can share the link. The problem is you are not getting job 🙄 so you make this problem generic. The fact is there is no need of chatgpt developers and Claude developer Also I have view your website that is also made with chatgpt or Claude or some other ai Don't waste time in this learn DSA you will be hired in good company I bet

NavinWant start generating passive income and then convert to as primary income.

Look the idea look great in description but in reality it not gonna fly. Instead add the features like subscription from company who will hire for perfect candidates and ask them to list all the possible questions and strength they want from candidates. Add two description one for all candidates who see job profile and another one with all questions and quality they want to filter. Use AI to take interview of candidates, once they clear the round they can sit for one to one interview. By doing this company will be happy and they will have higher chance to get the right candidate, company will not receive unnecessarily candidate. Make the platform free for candidates so that based on skill set they will keep trying and with limitations in try for each job so that your AI resources won't get utilised unnecessarily. Your AI interview should not be like MCQ the setup will same as 1-1 interview.

I got it, but who will filter that potential candidate that will great choice for company. I am not saying it is an interview platform instead a one filter to screen candidates. I also have applied via Linkedin and see thousand of application for same profile and don't get response when we suppose to get. by adding this instead shorts interview and only candidates will passout to have one to one interview. No company will relied on your candidate and u think they won't go for interview highly impossible. If they want hire employee based on skill set on profile they will choose leetcode over your platform. Talking about subscription, student pay fees for college and that is part of journey and you can't add that example to your idea and compare please leave that comparison. Be relastic in AI powered world. Fees is your consent then decide your target is it High networth individual or just skill set individual.

& if you are talking about subscription then I have to remind you that every students give lakhs of fees on colleges only for getting placement. But colleges don't give the placement even they don't provide the technical knowledge!

The aim behind this idea is to showcase the best skills of the world to the software companies and startup, so they can easily connect to the right candidate without taking interviews of thousands of students at different places for every time. They select the best studentsbyc checking their projects and skills and then select these students for job and works.
