Decent idea but tough competition Traditional laundries already exist, many prefer them over a new app based service Scaling is hard, washermen need training, quality control, and reliability, one bad experience can ruin trust Margins are low, customers want cheap services but logistics, payments, and customer support add costs

I hope your laundry app works well. I have used around 3 so far and the highest i could personally rate them is 6.5/10 There is a good amount of steam left in the laundrytech industry and i wish you the best for your project. You offering looks straightforward and good.

This is not a premium category so making revenue with 1-2 clothes washing per person and lack of trust might be an issue... You can tackle this by launching a subscription model and include ironing services too...like a one stop solution for clothing... Last min alterations...washing...cleaning...ironing...etc this might get the revenue a boost!
