Is that patent gives you all global rights or only in india ? Btw that's good until someone will create modified version of this and mass produced it so execute this asap also try to launch atleast 4-5 variations of this product so customer have options to choose which one buy then partner with other countries brands and make a deal with them for taking royalty of your product and they can sell in thier country even you can launch this at global scale by partnering with India giants but it's really hard to get that deal because maybe they created another version of same product
