Good initiative, it will help jobseekers, but what about big companies do they accept it ?
Its a give and take policy. the features we have been planning to implement, big companies crave for it . eg: Leaderboard of skills. where they can directly pick the top candidate whos pro in that skill set with verifed badges. but we actually wont be pushing more big companies. just few.

We are limiting the applications they can take from our platform , also only eligible people can apply for the joba there. we do the screening. the fittest gets the chance. once the website is live you will get more details. btw Thanka man ❤️
But how is it really possible to hire someone in 24 hours? Like you have understand him, look at his work, and find whether he is the best candidate. So 24 hours seems less for that.

Havish, its the 1st stage which of shortlisted or rejected in 24 hours. hiring always takes time depending on HR and hiring managers availability. we can work on decreasing that too.
