You have a personal bias going on. Do some market research and get ot validated. It might work but wouldn't be very profitable or even legal at this point
We are more specialized only as an liquor aggregator blinkit and zepto have to store all of their bottles in their darkstore which has huge risk of breaking down, if they sell liquor they should have legal license for this for each darkstore which has huge cost like 2crores for one license and we are just an aggregator who connect liquor shop and consumer and deliver them with all their requirements like cold drink, ice, water, snacks.
