Extra charge on COD: Add a +99 shipping fee on COD and give free shipping on prepaid that makes prepaid more attractive. 2. Extra discount on Prepaid: Give an additional discount of 5% upto 50rps. on prepaid and free shipping for both. 3. Hybrid: Extra charge for COD (+99) and extra discount on prepaid (5% upto 50rps)
