After cross-checking the labels, the difference is not just a "matter of taste" - it is a matter of public health INEQUALITY. The Facts: India vs. Europe While the logo is the same, whatโ€™s inside the bottle tells two different stories: ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป The Sugar Bomb: A 1L bottle of Fanta in India contains ~137g of sugar. In the UK, thanks to the "Sugar Tax," that same bottle has been slashed to ~50g. That is 2.7x more sugar for an Indian consumer. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Real Fruit vs. Chemicals: European Fanta uses 5% actual fruit juice and extracts from carrots and pumpkins for color. In India? 0% juice and synthetic petroleum-based dyes like Sunset Yellow FCF (INS 110). ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป The Warning Label Gap: In Europe, synthetic dyes require a warning label: "May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children." To avoid this, they switched to natural colors. In India, we get the dyes without the warning. The "Pollution Multiplier" ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ’ง We live in a country where we already breathe the world's most polluted air and drink increasingly contaminated water. When you add 137g of sugar and synthetic dyes to an already stressed biological system, you aren't just drinking a soda; you are fueling a fire. High sugar intake suppresses the immune system and worsens the chronic inflammation caused by pollution. Victims, Not "Demanders" There is a common corporate MYTH that "Indians prefer it sweeter." This is a deflection. Most Indians are victims of a lack of awareness, not demanders of poor health. Label Literacy: Research shows that while many check the "Expiry Date," less than 9% of Indians actually understand nutritional labels. Trust: We trust global brands to maintain a global standard. We don't realize that without strict FSSAI mandates or a "Sugar Tax," these brands will prioritize the cheapest ingredients (sugar and dyes) over our wellness. The Long-Term Cost: A "Slow Poison" Consuming these formulations over a decade isn't just about "extra calories." Itโ€™s a direct path to: โš ๏ธ Type 2 Diabetes & Obesity: We are already the "Diabetes Capital" of the world. โš ๏ธ Hyperactivity & Cognitive Issues: Linked to synthetic dyes in children. โš ๏ธ Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease: Driven by massive liquid sugar loads. I see this as a massive failure in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). If a product formulation is deemed "too unhealthy" for a child in London or Paris, it should be considered too unhealthy for a child in Mumbai or Delhi. We need to stop being passive consumers. We need to demand Product Equity.

We entrepreneurs mostly find out problem and solutions only from one angle. Most business have minimum two sides. The demand side and supply side. If you figure satifying both side of the market, you have a winning product. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปZomato: Restaurant

There's always been a problem in completing the protein intake for people going to gym and we also have sweet cravings If we actively avoid sugar so I'm thinking of starting a ice cream brand which has zero sugar and high protein How's the idea ?

We are a nation of 1.5 Billion. Why is no one queuing to learn from us? We love to call ourselves Vishwaguru (Teacher to the World). We love to remind the world that we built Takshila, Nalanda, and Vikramshila - universities that once drew scholars
